Tony West

Senior Vice President

Tony West is an IT Business Executive with extensive experience in providing go-to-market guidance, leadership and mission focused execution to the U.S. federal market. He maintains CxO relationships across the U.S. federal community, system integrators, small business and OEM communities. Tony strives to provide unequal and uncompromising technological advantage for U.S. warfighters, civilian agencies, and counterterrorism and law enforcement officials.

Tony brings his experience from Emtec Federal, a $100m IT supplies and support services unit within Emtec, Inc. serving the U.S. federal market.  Tony also served as Director, Civilian Intelligence in support of counterterrorism and law enforcement missions including collaboration of initiatives within the counterterrorism, intelligence and defense communities.

Prior to Emtec Federal, Tony held positions as Director of U.S. Federal Sales with InstallFree, a privately-held computer software industry company; Founder/CEO of West Information Technology Services; Global Enterprise Manager at NetApp; Enterprise Storage Specialist, Hewlett-Packard and Account Manager at Dot Hill.


Joe Bycina

Vice President, Business Development and Capture Management

Joe Bycina is responsible for the management of Integrio’s ongoing strategic business pursuits, as well as our physical security practice. He ensures that both functions are executed against the strategic plan, confirming consistent practices throughout all phases of the business. Joe leads his team at Integrio with more than 27 years of experience in executing information technology/security products and services programs within the federal government market. Equipped with strong government contract/program execution and business development experience, he has helped technology companies maximize the value of their government contracts through compliant program execution and the capture of follow-on contracts.

Prior to joining Integrio in 2014, Joe was the Vice President, Strategic Programs and Operations. He was recruited to enhance Affigents’s business operations and improve contractual compliance through the establishment of a Program Management Office and Business Development Team to manage ongoing programs and ensure the capture of follow-on contracts. Joe also served as the Executive Director of Strategic Programs and Alliances for NCS Technologies, leading the DHS Program Team and NCS’s strategic federal pursuits. Joe holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from SUNY Polytechnic Institute and is a certified Project Management Professional.


Terri Costello

Director, Sales Operations

Terri Costello leads process development, sales enablement tools and training, and sales management reporting. Along with managing Integrio’s fulfillment services partner, Terri has implemented and manages Integrio’s Customer Service organization to handle all post-sales related issues and to provide a single point of contact for all customers.

Terri brings to the position more than 25 years of experience in the federal information technology marketplaces, serving in many different capacities. Prior to joining Integrio, she was the Director of Customer Service/Operations at Apptis, Inc. (now Iron Bow Technologies), where her responsibilities included post-sales support; managing helpdesk operations and field service technicians; and internal and subcontractor management.  While at Apptis, Terri held key program management positions serving the customs and border protection area under the newly formed Department of Homeland Security, and managing the DHS-wide FirstSource IT commodity products contract, worth $2B over a five year period.

Prior to joining Apptis, Terri held customer service and sales positions with CAI and BTG.


Gregg Gaulden

Director, Wireless Solutions

Gregg Gaulden leads and manages a team through all stages of pre-sales development and post-sales implementation of complex solutions for federal, DoD, and commercial customers worldwide.

Gregg is 10-year active duty Air Force veteran with 15 years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining wired and wireless enterprise solutions into federal, DoD, and commercial customers for client access and wireless intrusion detection/protection systems. He has provided solutions for more than 30 base-wide enterprise wireless solutions across the U.S. Air Force, and secure wireless solutions into multiple military bases and posts and federal agencies. Gregg has also performed full sales and project lifecycle functions to implement very high density user deployments into multiple collegiate level and professional level sports arenas across the U.S.

Prior to joining Integrio, Gregg worked as network engineer and site lead for Science Applications International Corporation Regional Command-West in Afghanistan under the U.S. Army and as a network engineer for the ISAF Commander at ISAF Head Quarters, Afghanistan.

He attended Park University and holds multiple manufacturer and industry certifications.


Amanda Prindle

Director, Programs and Facility Security Officer

As the Director of Programs, Amanda Prindle is responsible for the operational success of multiple federal programs, ensuring seamless team management and development, program delivery, and quality control and evaluation.  Amanda has over 10 years of industry experience in planning, developing and implementing successful programs.

Amanda also serves as Integrio Facility Security Officer and is responsible for the professional security protection, safeguarding, safety and security of assets, policy, property, of personnel, and all visitors.

Prior to joining Integrio, Amanda held numerous sales, business development, and program management positions with Emtec Federal, GTSI (Unicom), Dot Hill Systems, and the San Diego County City Government.  Amanda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Radford University, a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
