It is the policy and commitment of Integrio to support both the regulations and spirit of all Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and all other equal employment opportunity laws and regulations at local, state and federal levels to which Integrio is subject.
Integrio shall recruit, hire, employ, manage, train, transfer, promote, compensate, reward, provide benefits and administer all work and personnel programs to all qualified applicants and employees based on an individual’s job-related abilities and without regard to race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, disability, sexual preference or any other classification proscribed under local, state or federal law.
Further, unlawful harassment or discrimination based on an individual’s race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, disability, sexual preference or other classification proscribed under local, state or federal law is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated by Integrio.
The President is responsible for Integrio-wide administration of this policy, including the development and maintenance of procedures to support and implement EEO. Any questions or concerns regarding Equal Employment Opportunity, or any knowledge of incidents of harassment or discrimination, should be promptly brought to the attention of the President, the Director of Administration or any other member of management. All employees are reminded that they are required to immediately report any situations of potential or actual harassment or discrimination to their supervisor, the Director of Administration or the President.
If you feel you have been subjected to any form of unlawful harassment or discrimination, you should report the situation immediately to your supervisor. If you do not feel comfortable talking to your supervisor, you should immediately report the situation to any other member of management or to our Ethics Hotline.
Upon such notification, prompt investigation will be undertaken by Integrio. Any employee who is found by Integrio to be responsible for an incident of unlawful harassment or discrimination will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including immediate termination.
